Summer 2022. Carlotta is engrossed in recording an audiobook of Walter Benjamin's short stories. When her sister and brother come to visit for a few days, the three find themselves in their small hometown. Gradually, an episode they experienced together two years earlier resurfaces: an act of violence that, in their own ways, entangled each of them.
